Two #WickedGood Weekends You Don't Want to Miss at Wicked Willie's
There's always some type of #WickedGood reason to enjoy yourself at Wicked Willie's Sports Grill every weekend (and usually, quite a few reasons!) Occasionally though, an extra-special event ups the ante on the already awesome time waiting for you at our sports bar & grill at the Lake of the Ozarks.
Two of those highly anticipated events are coming up very soon - the NFL Championship Game and the Lake of the Ozarks Mardi Gras Pub Crawl! Make plans now to join us for both.
The BIG Game
Sunday, Feb. 7, 2021
Copyright laws discourage us from using the actual name of the game, but you know which one we're talking about! The BIG, extremely important NFL game between the Kansas City Cheifs and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Kickoff is scheduled for 5:30 pm, but there will be plenty of entertaining content on TV all day long plus, you'll want to get here early to get a great seat. Of course, with 31 TVs and 3 giant projection screens clearly visible everywhere you turn, there are really no bad seats at Wicked Willie's. (Those comfy spots in the center of the room are a fan favorite, though.)
Details are being finalized now for what type of specials and surprises we'll have in store for you on Sunday, February 7. Rest assured that it's going to be an even more amped-up version of our weekly Cheifs Watch Parties, which makes it the best place to watch the football at the Lake of the Ozarks!
Lake Pub Crawl 2021
Friday, Feb. 19-Sunday, Feb. 21
Once you're rested up from partying at the weekend mentioned above, it's time to start planning your Lake of the Ozarks Mardi Gras Pub Crawl route. This year things will be a little different than usual.
One big, exciting change is the fact that they've taken one #WickedGood night and turned it into 3 whole days & nights of Mardi Gras fun! In an effort to make social distancing more possible, everyone has 3 days to make their way to the 16 different stops on this year's Lake Pub Crawl. Know that there will not be any buses running this year but you can find a list of safe transportation options on the pub crawl website and on the accompanying mobile app that they will be releasing in early February.
You will use the Lake Pub Crawl mobile app to check-in at each stop along the route. If you make it to at least 50% of the stops, you'll be entered into some incredible prize drawings and for anyone visiting 100% of the stops this year, the prizes get even bigger, including a $1,000 cash prize! Here at Wicked Willie's the celebration is going to be out of this world! In addition to the fantastic food and amazing drinks we serve on a daily basis already, we've got incredible entertainment lined up for you too.
On Friday night, DJ Taz will kick things off from 9 pm-1 am. Then, on Saturday, we've got a fantastic live band, Lake Collective, on stage from 5-8 pm and DJ INNA will take over from 9 pm-1 am to keep the party going. No entertainment scheduled for Sunday (unless of course, you're a sports fan. We've always got that on!) The pub crawl will still be going though, and we've got the perfect Bloody Marys to wrap your Mardi Gras weekend up with.
