Lighter Menu Items To Get You Through The Holidays

Now that November is here, a lot of people are in the process of eating all of that leftover Halloween candy laying around the house, plus thinking about Thanksgiving being here very soon. That's quickly followed by Christmas and all sorts of holiday gatherings where you'll be eating more than your usual. Eating lightly now can help you make it through the next few months without having to worry about a diet being your New Year's resolution! 

Wicked Willie's Sports Grill has quite a few lighter menu options available, many of which have the added bonus of healthy ingredients that also taste incredible. There's a great variety to choose from, so there's sure to be something perfect for everyone on this list. 

-Tuna Tataki-
Seared tuna loin drizzled with citrus soy and served with an Asian salad & ginger-miso vinaigrette.

-Peel & Eat Shrimp-
A half-pound of large shrimp seasoned, chilled, and served with lemon and house-made cocktail sauce.

-Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps-
Grilled marinated chicken, pickled carrots & daikon, bean sprouts, roasted shiitake mushrooms, fresh herbs, rice noodles, and toasted peanuts served with nuoccham (Vietnamese dipping sauce) or teriyaki sauce.

-Asian Chicken Salad-
Grilled hoisin marinated chicken, shredded cabbage, carrots, leaf lettuce, broccoli florets, and peanut dressing topped with crisp rice noodles.

-Mediterranean Grilled Portobello Caesar Salad-
Grilled portobello, artichokes, roasted red peppers, croutons, and parmesan cheese with Caesar dressing.

-Strawberry & Goat Cheese Salad-
Organic baby spinach, fresh strawberries, spiced pecans, crumbled goat cheese, and a side of strawberry-balsamic vinaigrette.

-Smoked Turkey Cobb-
Mixed greens, smoked turkey, avocado, tomato, crisp bacon, soft boiled egg, bleu cheese, crumbles and choice of dressing.

-Tomato Bisque-
Served by the bowl or cup with miniature grilled cheese.

-Salmon Avocado & Tomato Sandwich-
Olive oil and black pepper marinated salmon topped with avocado, lettuce, tomato, and chipotle mayonnaise on toasted wheat bread.

-Grilled Salmon Wrap-
Grilled hoisin glazed salmon, pineapple salsa, sesame ginger dressed greens, slivered almonds, and rice noodles in a spinach herb tortilla.

-Grilled White Fish Sandwich-
Served with remoulade, lettuce, and tomato on a hoagie.

-Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich-
Melted Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, herb mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomato on a brioche bun.

-Grilled Chicken Salad-
Celery, onion, grapes, dried cranberries, and toasted almonds served either on toasted wheat or in a lettuce cup.

-Grilled Salmon-
Topped with pineapple salsa and served with roasted potatoes and fresh vegetables.

-Pan Roasted Ahi Tuna-
With a sweet chili-orange glaze and fresh avocado served with multi-grain pilaf. 

Of course, if you're not worried about eating light to save room for all of those high-calorie party foods you'll be encountering over the next few months, we've also got a menu full of hearty dishes to satisfy even the biggest of appetites.
