#WickedGood Appetizers to Tempt Your Taste Buds

Last week our blog, The Intriguing History of the #WickedGood Wing, highlighted one of our most popular appetizers, our Fresh, Jumbo Wings. This week we decided to give a little attention to the other equally incredible appetizers from our Lake of the Ozarks sports bar menu. You'll recognize many of these dishes, but you've most likely never tasted them the deliciously unique way that we prepare them at Wicked Willie's Sports Grill

First up, these are "na-cho" typical nachos! We have a ground beef version as well as a smoked chicken fajita variation, plus we throw in a Buffalo chicken nacho, just because it sounded awesome! (And it is!) 

You can add guacamole or sour cream in addition to the other tasty ingredients on the following nachos for a small additional charge.
Buffalo Chicken
Grilled chicken tossed in Wicked Willie’s Buffalo sauce, melted cheddar jack cheese, bleu cheese crumbles, and jalapeno pickled celery, all drizzled with sriracha ranch.

Smoked Chicken Fajita
Smoked chicken, black beans, queso blanco, and fajita peppers & onions, all sprinkled with queso fresco.

Seasoned ground beef, cheddar jack cheese, queso blanco, tomatoes, jalapeno-pickled celery, and green onions.

Not exactly pizza, but a very close cousin to that irresistible food and the toppings we add are gourmet and scrumptious. 

BBQ Chicken Flatbread
BBQ sauce and seasoned chicken topped with bacon, red onions, cheddar jack cheese, and fresh cilantro.

Exotic Mushroom
Roasted exotic mushroom blend, fresh herbs, and parmesan & goat cheeses.

Margherita Flatbread
Fresh basil, mozzarella, tomato, roasted garlic olive oil, and balsamic syrup.

These fresh and savory seafood appetizers are a true taste sensation. 

Tuna Tataki
Seared tuna loin drizzled with citrus soy and served with an Asian salad and ginger-miso vinaigrette.

Peel & Eat Shrimp
A half-pound of large shrimp, seasoned & chilled, served with lemon and house-made cocktail sauce.

This section of our appetizer menu is reserved for our most unique and creative dishes. We've taken a few classic foods that everyone loves and added our own #WickedGood twist to them! 

Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Grilled marinated chicken, pickled carrots & daikon, bean sprouts, roasted shiitake mushrooms, fresh herbs, rice noodles, and toasted peanuts served with nuoccham (Vietnamese dipping sauce) or teriyaki sauce.

Corn Dog Battered Crabcakes
Served with spicy jalapeno mustard.

Wicked Willie's Philly Quesadilla
Thinly shaved beef with sauteed onions & peppers, and pepper jack cheeses. You may also substitute grilled chicken.

Buffalo Chicken Potato Skins
Crispy potato skins stuffed with grilled chicken and tossed in Wicked Willie’s Buffalo sauce with cheddar jack and bleu cheese, crisp bacon, and green onions, all drizzled with sriracha ranch.

Mediterranean Goat Cheese
Baked goat cheese with balsamic glazed shallots, roasted garlic, sundried tomatoes, toasted almonds, olive oil, and fresh herbs served with Asiago baked flatbread.

Wicked Fundido
A magical blend of velvety cheeses, chorizo, and just the perfect hint of spices, served with tortilla chips.

Southwestern Chipotle Chicken Rangoon
Served with raspberry-chipotle dipping sauce.
